Azelis is a leading European supplier of specialty chemicals. In search of a competent partner for the design of an open and flexible working environment, the company Azelis contacted coneon GmbH. The goal of the project was a relocation from Moers to Ratingen. The focus was on an agile office space that would strengthen the sense of community and underscore Azelis Ratingen as an EMEA hotspot. A modern office space was to be created on the 3rd floor and a meeting and event space with a large kitchen on the ground floor of the building. As the project had a fixed deadline, coneon started directly with a first kickoff meeting to discuss the goals and define a timeline.
The entire project was accompanied by coneon's comprehensive change management. Coordination meetings with the change champions were held at regular intervals. This regular communication with the Azelis team contributed significantly to making the project a complete success.

- Special mix of workstations, retreat zones (such as acoustic boxes), and areas of collaboration and spontaneous communication
- The entire team including the management on a common level
- Many glass walls promote a sense of community
