A coneon Design & Build project on 5,500 sqm² in Cologne

A complete redesign of around 5,500 m² of rental space within 15 months - this was the order placed with coneon by an internationally active investment and asset manager. To realize the individual needs of the 10 different tenants on 20 floors in three buildings was a challenge with regard to the available construction time. And yet: There's no such thing as can't! "Just do it" was coneon's motto, knowing full well that "doing is more crass than talking about it".

Using the Design & Build concept, which is innovative in the construction industry and in which planning and construction services are handled by a single company, it was possible to keep the processes simple, fast and agile at all times, from the initial meeting to the turnkey handover, including furnishing. Only in this way was it possible to always deliver the required qualities on time in times of current challenges without straining the available budget.
