From visionary planning to turnkey realisation: at Banijay Productions' new location in Cologne, we didn't just carry out an office fit-out, we created a comprehensive transformation. Our dedicated project managers and site managers coordinated every step of the process - from planning, demolition and shell construction to the technical fit-out, including electrical installations, network technology and heating.

We also transformed the office space into an inspiring working environment with acoustic partitions, glass partitions, modern floor coverings, customised drywall construction and painting work. The complete fit-out also included the planning and construction of stylish kitchen areas and the refurbishment of the spiral staircase. The result is an inspiring office space that reflects the client's personality and corporate culture.
