The five steps of a workplace analysis
With our holistic workplace analysis in the THINK phase, we generally proceed in five different steps: Kick-Off Meeting, Workshops, Online Survey, Space Calculation, and Office Guideline. This approach enables us to precisely determine your needs and individual requirements for the new working environment.
In order to plan an office environment that is precisely tailored to your needs and requirements, we need a detailed needs analysis and a well thought-out workplace strategy. In an initial kick-off meeting, our Workplace Consulting team gathers important information about your office space, your company's goals and objectives and gets an overview of your organization's culture and identity.
We use online surveys to gather all the information that is important for new space planning, such as current space utilization, employee work types, meeting behavior and the growth rate of your company. Your employees are also included anonymously in the surveys.
In interactive workshops, we work with your teams to develop specific requirements for the new working environment, talk about wishes and needs and develop the new workplace strategy step by step.
Based on the current space utilization, the work types, the meeting behavior in your daily work routine and the company's growth rate, we calculate the required space for your location as needed. Our space calculation serves as an outlook and is based on the company's development over the next few years. This means you are optimally prepared for the future with your individually calculated requirements.
Based on the results of the workplace analysis and the developed workplace strategy, we create an office guideline that is decisive for the floor plan in the DESIGN phase. The office guideline includes specifications for the office layout and the number of workstations and meeting rooms, as well as the requirements of individual teams and your company's corporate design guidelines.
